We are now serving our Bobby Flay Tribute menu through September 2024 -- a Southwestern menu with Chef Flay's infectious energy and the bold flavors of Mesa Grill at the forefront.

We offer four pairing options when dining in. Standard wine pairings consist of wines chosen to complement our multi-course tasting menu. Reserve pairings are predominately vintage and rare wines focusing on small niche producers in classical regions. Our Ultra pairing consists of the rarest wines from our collection, with only limited availability. Our famous non-alcoholic pairings are blended daily from fresh fruits, vegetables, teas, and other non-alcoholic ingredients.
All guests partaking in the wine program must enjoy the same level of pairing, however, not all guests need to purchase a wine pairing. Guests are welcome to enjoy non-alcoholic pairings by adding them when they dine even if other guests are experiencing our wine program.
We also have a full wine list available onsite for by the bottle or by the glass consumption. Typically we do not serve beer and cocktails a la carte, although they may be part of our pairing progression.

We utilize a dynamic pricing system. Lower demand nights and times are priced less than higher demand nights. For example, a booking late on a Wednesday night is normally priced lower than a Saturday night at prime time. There is, however, no difference in the food served or the quality of your experience.

At Next, we try to make the fewest number of changes possible when accommodating dietary restrictions so that our guests may enjoy the menu as Chef Achatz originally envisioned. We cannot make substitutions for aversions, as this will compromise the integrity of the experience.
We are typically able to make accommodations for the below common dietary restrictions with at least 72 hours advance notice:
- Pescatarian
- Ovo-lacto vegetarian
- No red meat/no pork
- No seafood
- No raw/undercooked meat or seafood
- No gluten
- No raw alcohol (vinegar and alcohol cooked off in prep must be OK)
- No tree nuts/no peanuts
Please note, we are NOT able to omit the following items:
- Egg
- Dairy
- Alcohol cooked off in prep
- Allium
- Nightshades
- Coriander / cilantro
- Corn
- Citrus
- Gelatin
Given the complexity of our kitchens and menus, we do our best to accommodate mild allergies but we do not work in a nut, gluten, or allergen-free environment.
Additionally, there are no precautions we can take to ensure that every food item has been handled in an allergen-free environment by our purveyors during the packing and distribution process. For this reason, please note that we cannot accommodate guests where cross-contamination can trigger a reaction.

At Alinea Group Restaurants, we include a 20% service charge as part of your experience. The service charge ensures that all of our employees are paid a fair wage and receive benefits all year long. Additional gratuity paid on the evening of your reservation is at the discretion of each guest. 100% of discretionary tips are paid to non-salaried, Front of House employees.

We are able to reschedule your booking with at least 72 hours’ advance notice. After that time we are unable to accommodate changes and all sales are final and non-refundable.
You may always transfer your reservation to another guest. To transfer a reservation, log in to your Tock account and then select, “Reservations”. Each reservation has a transfer button next to it.

Yes! We have multiple options available for large parties.
Kitchen Table - Groups of up to 6 may enjoy a wonderful evening in a semi-private dining room with a full view of our kitchen.
The Private Dining Room - Our lower-level private dining space seats 6 - 10 guests at 7:00 PM Wednesday - Sunday. Please inquire to hospitality@nextrestaurant.com for additional availability. Note that while Next Restaurant is ADA compliant, The Room is only accessible by a flight of stairs.
Semi-Private Dining Room Section - Next’s main dining room can accommodate up to 16 guests in a semi-private section in the main dining room. Please reach out to events@thealineagroup.com for availability and pricing.

Valet parking is available for all Next patrons at the corner of West Fulton Market and Morgan St (on Morgan). We offer validated rates of $20.00 for the first 4 hours and $25.00 for up to 8 hours.

To purchase a gift card please visit https://www.thealineagroupstore.com/gift-cards. Digital and physical gift cards can be purchased in $USD for any amount between $30 - $2,000 and used at all Alinea Group outlets for both dine-in and to-go experiences.
At Alinea, Next, The Aviary, and The Office, Gift Cards are redeemable through Tock for prepaid reservations and on-site for any additional purchases. A gift card cannot be applied once a reservation has already been made.
At Roister and St. Clair Supper Club, Gift Cards are only redeemable onsite and cannot be used for prepaid deposits.
